OFFICAL RULES
1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: Entrants must be Oklahoma state residents and eighteen (18) years of age or older on date of entry to be eligible. Contest begins at 9:00am CST on 01/26/12 and ends at 11:30pm CST on 02/01/12. Entries can be made through the following method: Between 01/26/12 and 02/01/12 enter online at THUNDER.NBA.COM. No purchase is necessary. Entrants may only qualify via the aforementioned method of entry.
2. PRIZES: One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to the Oklahoma City Thunder home game on February 3, 2012, and a Thunder Prize Pack. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
3. PRIZE REDEMPTION: Winner will be notified via postal mail and/or phone after February 1st, 2012.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open only to legal Oklahoma State residents living within a 75 mile radius of the OKC Arena who are 18 years of age or older, as of date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of The Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust, Visual Image Marketing and Branding, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., its Teams an Operators, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of contest materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or member of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT ELIGIBLE. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Contest may only be entered in, or from, the state of Oklahoma. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be deemed ineligible.
5. GENERAL RULES: By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify The Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust, Visual Image Marketing and Branding, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., its Teams and Operators, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of (i) entrant's participation in the promotion, or (ii) the receipt or use of the Prize awarded herein. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission to use Winner's name and/or likeness and story for purposes of advertising and trade by The Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust, Visual Image Marketing and Branding, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., the Women's National Basketball Association and its Teams and Operators, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates directors, officers, governors, employees and agents, without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the contest or in the announcement of Prize.
