Oklahoma City, Wednesday, Dec. 19 – The Oklahoma City Thunder and Kia Motors have announced a new partnership, making Kia the Official Automotive Partner of the Thunder.

For the 2012-13 season, Kia will sponsor select elements with the team, including the updated Kia Rewards Zone, which offers fans a game-night opportunity to win the final 50 pairs of tickets for every Thunder home game.

In 2013-14, Kia will become the Exclusive Automotive Partner of the Thunder, expanding Kia’s partnership with the team with additional displays and fan-friendly promotions.

OKLAHOMA CITY, December 19, 2012 – The Oklahoma City Thunder has assigned forward Perry Jones and guard DeAndre Liggins to the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA Development League, it was announced today by Executive Vice President and General Manager Sam Presti. Jones has appeared in 10 games this season with the Thunder while recording averages of 1.2 points and 1.4 rebounds in 7.6 minutes per game. In seven games with the Thunder, Liggins is averaging 0.7 points and 1.1 rebounds in 3.0 minutes per game.
