SEATTLE -- Seattle SuperSonics mascot Squatch celebrates his fifteenth birthday at Sunday's game with a celebration including face painting, birthday cake in the KeyBank corner of the main concourse, and a special visit from nine other NBA mascots. The Sonics play the Sacramento Kings, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at KeyArena. Families get a birthday present of their own, as the Sonics are offering one free kid’s balcony ticket with each adult balcony ticket purchased.

At Sunday’s “Kids at the Key” game, presented by Aquafina and The New B97.3, the Sonics welcome Rocky from the Denver Nuggets, Rufus Lynx from the Charlotte Bobcats, Hip Hop from the Philadelphia 76ers, SkyHawk from the Atlanta Hawks, Moon Dog from the Cleveland Cavaliers, Coyote from the San Antonio Spurs, The Gorilla from the Phoenix Suns, Boomer from the Indiana Pacers and Slamson from the Sacramento Kings. All mascots will be on hand to wish Squatch a happy birthday, sign autographs and perform throughout the night. Fans can also expect a surprise birthday showdown among the mascots as they compete in a mechanical bull riding contest.

Squatch began his tenure with the Sonics in 1993 and performs around the world as an ambassador of Sonics basketball.
