Each day THUNDER.NBA.COM will take a look at one of the top draft prospects in the June 25 NBA Draft.
Today, we’ll take a look at guard Brandon Jennings, who spent the last year playing overseas.
THE SKINNY
Point Guard
6'1"
170 lbs.
Jennings made the leap from high school to professional basketball in Italy, where he played a season for Lottomatica Roma in both the Italian League and Euroleague. In the 16 games he played in the Euroleague, 11 fewer than he laced up for in the Italian League, Jennings averaged 7.6 points, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals in 19.0 minutes a game.
Jennings, a California native, is explosive with the ball in his hands and dangerous off the dribble. He’s also shown dedication on the defensive end. Jennings has never lacked confidence, either.
