Sonics Take Collison and Ridnour
After an agonizing wait in their war room, the Seattle SuperSonics ended up with the players they wanted with the 12th and 14th picks of the NBA Draft, Kansas power forward Nick Collison and Oregon point guard Luke Ridnour. In the second round, the Sonics swung a trade to end up with French guard Paccelis Morlende. With the picks, the Sonics filled their main needs at power forward and point guard while getting the best available players. Even though the draft is over, SUPERSONICS.COM remains the place to get information about the newest Sonics, as well as revisit the predraft analysis from local papers and internet mock drafts.
