Job Posting - Business Development Coordinator

Answer incoming telephone calls, directing callers to the appropriate persons, efficiently answering questions, providing accurate information and taking messages.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming telephone calls, directing callers to the appropriate persons, efficiently answering
questions, providing accurate information and taking messages
• Responsible for maintaining, organizing and restocking office common spaces, i.e., copy areas,
coffee station areas and supply bins
• Coordinate department travel needs
• Assist the Account Sales and Service Team as needed
• Keep common areas clean and attractive
• Schedule and maintain conference rooms
• Assist with the daily coordination of incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
• Assist the department with coordination of special projects when needed
• Assist in the broadcast traffic administration by channeling tapes, copy, traffic instructions, etc. to
appropriate parties
• Obtain and review all affidavits relating to advertising activity for the Thunder television and radio
sponsors
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum six months of reception/office work experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to handle problems and guests in an efficient and courteous manner
• Excellent phone presence and professional manner
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong organization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Positive “can-do” attitude
• Flexibility with scheduling


This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director, Account Services.
