Job Posting - Account Services Representative

The Account Services Representative acts as a liaison between the Business Development department and other
internal departments, serving as a resource for the Business Development Account Executives in creating and
activating Partnership packages. In addition this position is responsible for scheduling, facilitating and executing
sponsored in-game elements, events, media buys, signage, and electronic (web, email) messaging. An Account
Services Representative provides support in the creation, development and execution of various sponsored
initiatives, community relations programs and marketing events. This position also assists in the creative
development process of in-game elements, including but not limited to, on-court contests, fan interaction and
engagement tools, center hung and LED graphics, P.A. copy, collateral material and aspects of the overall fan

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as marketing liaison and asset to Business Development Account Executives on day to day Partnership
proposals, implementation, and maintenance
• Attend client meetings with Account Executives as marketing representative and creative resource
• Generate ideas for new sponsorship opportunities including but not limited to in-game elements and on-court
contests, retail promotions, events, website features, and community relations programs
• Schedule game night Partner activities and track and ensure fulfillment of all sold elements
• Manage assigned Partner elements on game nights
• Provide direction for game night entertainment staff
• Represent Business Development in game log meetings
• Coordinate Partner displays on arena concourse
• Arrange distribution of collateral materials on game nights
• Select and contact winners for sponsored promotions
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising or marketing preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in sports sponsorships
• Experience in or general knowledge of sales tactics and client management
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with graphic design a plus
• Must be able to work with many different personality types
• Strong time management and administrative skills
• Must be self motivated and have the ability to work independently
• Able to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs and stand for extended period of time
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
