Ray Allen shares his gameday routine with SUPERSONICS.COM:

8:00 - It’s time to wake up.

8:45 The first thing I like to do is read the newspaper and have breakfast. I usually have pancakes, eggs and bacon. I then get ready to go to the arena for the morning practice.

10:00 - Shootaround time.

12:00 - When I get back from the arena, I eat lunch. On game days, a turkey or roast beef sandwich is just right.

1:30 - Time for my game-day nap. I usually take a two-hour afternoon snooze.

3:30 - I like to have a pregame meal before I head out for that night’s game. I eat some chicken, pasta or rice and then I get ready to take off for the arena again.

4:00 - I arrive at the Key for pregame warm-ups. My game-day routine is always exactly the same. I’m always at the arena to start warming up three hours before game time.

7:00 - GAME TIME.

10:00 - After the game, I usually grab something to eat.

11:30 - Bedtime.
