Job Posting - Ticket Operations Coordinator

The Ticket Operations Coordinator assists in the day to day operations of the Thunder Ticket Operations Department. This position is responsible for efficiently processing ticket orders for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process season, group and package ticket requests for the Thunder
• Coordinate and assist in any ticket office projects such as mailing, invoices, etc.
• Box office duties on game day including, but not limited to, delivering will call tickets to the box office in the morning
• Assist with ticket delivery, internal orders and single game orders
• Be the primary contact for ticket operational needs for the Tulsa 66ers
• Assist with monitoring delinquent accounts and unpaid groups
• Implement new ideas to improve the day to day work flow of the Ticket Operations department
• Responsible for managing season ticket member parking
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Have a working knowledge of the TicketMaster ticketing system, or a similar ticketing system
• Work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Handle problems and customers in an efficient and courteous manner
• Possess strong verbal and organizational skills
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Manager, Premium Ticket Operations.
