Job Posting - Guest Relations Associate (part-time)

The Oklahoma City Thunder is currently seeking a qualified individual for the part-time position of Guest Relations Associate. This position will primarily aid in our effort to provide consistent and timely feedback to all fans who communicate with the organization through our fan feedback channels. This position offers experience in a professional workplace and is an ideal training environment for the professional sports industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the Guest Relations Communication Coordinator on a variety of fan feedback projects
• Aid in developing fan pack in-take/out-take log and help maintain our distribution process
• Monitor and replenish fan pack materials inventory
• Fill-in for the Guest Relations Assistants as needed
• Audit/proofread Guest Relations written collateral as needed
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Guest Relations staff
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must be able to maintain scheduled office hours as assigned
• Must be professional, personable, organized and responsible
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Receptionist experience preferred
• Possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to simultaneously handle numerous tasks
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills preferred
• Efficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
