After spending the entire day in rehearsal, the choreography is now finished for our performances. Fergalicious is the fourth and final dance that can be added to my repertoire of material and let me tell you it will be fun to see. It has a hip-hop groove with a fair amount of booty shaking, which will be showcased at tomorrow's celebrity game
All my hard work culminates tomorrow, as the festivities are about to start. The last few days have been exhausting, but my soul is ready to perform

After a full day of grueling rehearsals, all of my hard work proved evident once I stepped into the Thomas and Mack Center, where we will be performing for the All Star game. The silence of the empty arena felt like a calm before the storm, as Sunday's game will host one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year. It is an exhilarating feeling to be a part of this.
Everyday has pushed me to the limit, but dancing is what I do best and I love it! Two more dances were engrained into my mind and body and now I must rest for what tomorrow will bring.

Famous words from our choreographer, Laurie Ann Gibson. My day started
early, as my teammates and I graced the Las Vegas newsroom. We danced and
spoke about the upcoming events for the All-Star week.
The day ensued with a series of intense practices. We learned our first
dance "East meets West," which showcases a sexy urban style. I worked it
out!!! And I want to let all the Sonics fans know that the dance includes
the popular double booty bounce.
I also got fitted for my costumes today, which are cutting edge in style and
design. I feel glam and will reveal them to you later this week.
Lastly, I want to conclude with a shout out to my Sonics girls…thank you so
much for the gorgeous flowers. You are with me in spirit.

Put It In the Record Books!

Las Vegas will host the 56th annual All-Star Game and I have the honor of being an integral part of the first ever All-Star Dance Team!!! I arrived in Vegas today at 10:30 to be greeted by seven other dance team members from the Western Conference. On the drive to the hotel, it was exhilarating to see the banners advertising this paramount event (definitely gave me chills).
I spent the majority of my time getting to know the other talented women that make up the All-Star Dance Team. At our meet and greet I was acquainted with NBA executives to get the low down for the entire week … and I was also introduced to our choreographer, Laurie Ann Gibson!!! (If you read my bio online, my favorite show is "Making the Band.") She said we are, "going to make the NBA even hotter." Can't wait!
OK, I must go to bed. I have a 5:00 a.m. appearance tomorrow.
