Thunder to Play Game 5 on Wednesday

Limited tickets on sale at 10 a.m. Tuesday

Oklahoma City, Monday, April 29 – A limited number of tickets for Game 5 of the NBA Playoffs first-round series between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Houston Rockets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, April 30, the team announced today.

The Thunder leads the best-of-seven series 3-1. Game 5 will tip off at Chesapeake Energy Arena at 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster, via a link at THUNDER.NBA.COM. The number of seats available for this game will be very limited due to the tremendous support from Thunder Season Ticket Members. In order to best serve our local fan base, Ticketmaster sales will be limited to fans in Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas.

OTHER TICKET OPPORTUNITIES: Even if single-game tickets sell out online, fans will still have two opportunities to get in the game.

The NBATickets Resale Marketplace is the only place for fan-to-fan ticket sales that can guarantee access to Chesapeake Energy Arena through authentic, bar-coded tickets. Fans who are interested in viewing available tickets on the NBATickets Resale Marketplace can find a link in the Thunder Hub, presented by Love’s, on THUNDER.NBA.COM.

Prior to every home playoff game, the Thunder will give away 50 pairs of tickets through the Kia Thunder Rewards Zone. Registration for the Kia Thunder Rewards Zone begins three hours before every Thunder home game at the table on the north side of the arena. Fans can also preregister online at THUNDER.NBA.COM, then confirm their registration at the table. The ticket drawing will take place one hour before tipoff.

LOVE’S THUNDER ALLEY: Love’s Thunder Alley will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The family-friendly pregame festival will include a Budweiser Beer Garden, sport court, skills-and-drills station, inflatable games, appearances by the Thunder Girls and Thunder Drummers, face painting, DJ booth and more.

The “Thunder Live” pregame show will broadcast live from Love’s Thunder Alley starting at 7:30 p.m. on FOX Sports Oklahoma. Live game coverage will follow at 8:30 p.m.

Love’s Thunder Alley will conclude at tipoff. Fans are encouraged to follow THUNDER.NBA.COM for game-day updates in case of severe weather.

AUCTION: Fans attending Game 5 can stop by the Thunder Cares auction tables outside of Section 120. The team will auction Thunder-autographed items, as well as other signed sports memorabilia, to benefit the Thunder Cares Foundation. For Game 5, fans will have an opportunity to bid on a team-autographed ball.
