You don't have to be a pro to play Thunder Basketball! Thunder Youth Basketball camps and clinics take place year round and offer boys and girls a tremendous opportunity to learn the skills and principles that make a successful team player.

Presented by Cox Communications, Thunder Youth Basketball camps and mini-camps are open to boys and girls, ages 5-16. Both the five-day camps and the one-day mini-camps concentrate on the fundamentals of basketball, along with an emphasis on key character lessons of teamwork, sportsmanship and respect.

Five-day camps (M-F)
9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Ages 5-16
  • Feature Thunder coaches/players (when available)
  • Campers receive ticket to a future game, T-shirt, headband and basketball
  • Emphasize basketball skills and character lessons
One- to three-day camps
  • Ages 5-16
  • Feature Thunder coaches/players (when available)
  • Emphasize basketball skills and character lessons
Four sessions
  • Ages K-3rd grade
  • Focus on dribbling skills
  • Campers appear at a future Thunder game with Rumble
  • Campers receive T-shirt, basketball and ticket to game for performance



UPCOMING CAMPS
These camps focus on the fundamentals of basketball, along with an emphasis on key character lessons of teamwork, sportsmanship and respect. *Boys and girls ages 5-16 unless noted. Campers will be separated by gender, age and ability whenever possible. Receive a 20 percent discount if you are a Season Ticket Member or a Devon Kids Club member.

ABOUT THE THUNDER COMMUNITY EVENTS CENTER

The Thunder Community Events Center served as the original practice and training home of the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Thunder continues to use this facility for events, including many of its camps and clinics. From the original floor to the locker room, the Thunder Events Center preserves the team’s history, while providing a unique venue for both Thunder and other events.
