How did you get started as a Blue Alliance Captain? I was a season ticket holder living in Lawton, driving three hours round trip to go to games. Since the Thunder was fairly new, it felt like I was some type of ambassador to the team, as all my friends were still fans of some of the “big-name” NBA teams and I had to tell them we have something special right up the road.What got you hooked on the Thunder?
The turnaround year between the first season and the second, when we nearly took the Lakers a seven-game playoff series, hooked me and many others on the Thunder. It showed what hard work and believing in yourself can do, not just in basketball but any aspect of life. Being a military brat and still working for the Army now, it's the same thing I see daily here and abroad with every member of a team contributing their piece to complete the mission.How many members do you have in your Blue Alliance Chapter?
We have 45 members.What’s been your favorite moment as a Blue Alliance Captain?
The coolest thing I did as a Blue Alliance Captain was probably walk on the court for a postgame picture March 10 after the Bobcats game, which we arranged with the Group Sales department.What’s your top goal for the next year in the Blue Alliance? Our goal is to have a watch party somewhere and bring the whole city out to watch the Thunder in action.How many pieces of Thunder gear do you own?
