Mark H. Lazarus

Mark Lazarus is president of Turner Entertainment Group. In this capacity, he oversees TBS, Turner Network Television (TNT), Turner Classic Movies (TCM) and Court TV; the Turner animation unit, which includes Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Boomerang and cartoonnetwork.com; Turner Sports; and Turner Entertainment Sales and Marketing.
Before he became president of Turner Entertainment Group in March 2003, Lazarus served as president of Turner Entertainment Sales and Marketing and president of Turner Sports. He was appointed executive vice president of Turner Sports Sales in May 1998, and he was also responsible for Turnerís strategic marketing unit and Global Client Solutions.
Prior to joining Turner Broadcasting Sales in 1990, Lazarus was a network buyer and planner for Backer Spielvogel Bates, Inc. and an account executive for NBC Cable.
Lazarus, a graduate of Vanderbilt, is a national trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. He serves on the boards of the East Lake Foundation, the High Museum of Art, the PATH Foundation and the Compass Diversified Trust.
