Altitude announces Denver Nuggets broadcast schedule
DENVER, Aug. 26, 2010 -- Altitude announced today that it will broadcast 75 Denver Nuggets during the 2010-11 regular season. Coverage begins Oct. 27 with a Western Conference quarterfinals rematch between the Nuggets and the Utah Jazz.
In addition to Altitude’s standard-definition coverage, all Nuggets games that air on the network will be shown in high-definition format with 5.1-channel surround sound. Also catch Nuggets Courtside a half-hour before every game and the Nuggets Locker Room Report after the game.
Chris Marlowe and Scott Hastings will return as the play-by-play and color analyst for all Nuggets broadcasts. Maya Starks will serve as sideline reporter for Nuggets home broadcasts and share studio duties with Blake Olson. Bill Hanzlik will return as pregame and postgame color analyst. Julie Browman will contribute regular reports throughout the season.
Fans can prepare for the 2010-11 season with The Nuggets Experience, which debuts on Monday, Sept. 20 at 6:00 p.m. and will rebroadcast several times through the end of October. The Nuggets Season Preview will debut on Friday, Oct. 22 at 6:30 p.m. Altitude’s weekly Denver Nuggets show will also return this fall on Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. with several runs throughout the week. This 30-minute program is dedicated to providing behind-the-scenes coverage of the Nuggets, both on and off the court.
Altitude will utilize its second channel, ALT2, for nine Nuggets games this seaso. All ALT2 games will also be available in HD. A complete broadcast schedule and list of channel numbers can be found on our website, www.altitude.tv.
