Eligibility: Haier NBA Finals 2008 Get-Away Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 13 years of age or older as of 3/3/08.  Eligible minors must obtain parental consent to participate.  Prizes won by eligible minors may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be awarded in the name of parent or legal guardian, who will be required to fulfill all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.  Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of NBA Properties, Inc., (“Sponsor”), NBA Media Ventures, LLC, the National Basketball Association and its member teams, Haier Co., Ltd. and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies, and Project Support Team, Inc. (“P/S/T”) (collectively, “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter: online or by mail.  Between 2:00:01PM ET on 3/3/08 and 11:59:59PM ET on 4/27/08 (“Promotion Period”), 1.) Visit www.NBA.com/haiersweeps complete and submit the entry form according to the instructions provided. Incomplete entries and/or entries containing inaccurate entrant information will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Limit one entry per person, per valid e-mail address and per household per week via this method.  Additional entries received from any person, e-mail address or household thereafter during any one week via this method will be void.  For the purpose of this Sweepstakes each week will begin at 12:00:00AM ET on Monday and end at 11:59:59PM ET on Sunday with the exception of 3/3/08, which will begin at 2:00:01PM ET (see the chart below for complete details); 2.) Immediately after submitting your online entry form you will be asked if you wish to visit www.HaierAmerica.com to find the featured product and the item number.  If you chose to visit HaierAmerica.com and find the featured product/item number you will be directed back to the Fly Away Trip Sweepstakes page to enter featured product’s item number and, upon entering the featured product’s item number, you will receive (5) additional entries into the Grand Prize drawing.  You may only enter one item number per person, per valid e-mail address and per household per week of the Promotion Period for the purpose of receiving additional entries into the Grand Prize drawing; or 3.) To receive (5) additional entries into the Sweepstakes via mail without visiting HaierAmerica.com, hand print your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, and date of birth on a plain 3”x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed envelope to: Haier NBA Finals 2008 Get-Away Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 14017, Bridgeport, CT 06673-4017.  Entries must be received in accordance with the mail-in deadlines set forth below.  Limit (1) mail-in entry per person, per valid e-mail address and per household per week.  Each mail-in entry will count as five (5) entries into the Grand Prize drawing. There is a limit of (6) entries per person, per valid e-mail address and per household per week, regardless of method of entry. Additional entries received from any person, e-mail address or household thereafter for any given week will be void. No photocopied, computer generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, or mass entries permitted and all such entries will be void.  By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only.  Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen, or mutilated entries, account information, mail or email or postage-due mail, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, transaction processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, the announcement of the prize, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, new accounts, mail, or email. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes and disqualify such person from participating in this Sweepstakes.  The use of automated entry or similar devices is prohibited and entries through such devices are void.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entrant will be deemed, as applicable, the person named on the applicable 3”x 5” mail entry or, for the online entry method (#1. and #2 above), the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules.  “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.  Weekly Prize Winner Selection/Entry Periods: For each Entry Period listed below, (1) Weekly Prize winner will be selected in individual random drawings from among all eligible entries received during said Entry Period.  Drawings will be conducted by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential Weekly winners will be notified by email, telephone and/or mail.  Odds of winning any prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.  Limit one Weekly prize per person, email address, family or household. Entries received during one Entry Period will not carry forward to subsequent Entry Periods but will be included in the Grand Prize drawing.  Drawings will be conducted in accordance with the Entry Periods outlined below, beginning at 12:00:01AM ET and ending at 11:59:59PM ET on the specified start and end dates with the exception of 3/3/08, which will begin at 2:00:01PM ET and 4/27/08, which will end at 5:00:01PM ET:

Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon.  Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor.  Transportation to and from game is not included as part of ticket prize.  All prize details, including, without limitation, make/model of prizes, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Prize details are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees (if any) shall be subject to the manufacturer’s terms therefore (each winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer and/or dealer for any such warranty and/or guarantee, if any). Grand Winner Selection:  Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 5/5/08 from among all eligible entries received by P/S/T, an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.  Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period.  Potential winner will be notified by email, telephone and/or mail. (1) Grand Prize: 3-day/2-night trip for two to one game at The Finals 2008 designated by Sponsor consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest to winner’s residence in the U.S. to the city of game location, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations, ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel, and two tickets to the game (ARV=$3,500). Actual prize value will vary depending on winner's city of departure.  Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of the site of The Finals 2008 as determined by Sponsor, and to award no additional prize in lieu of air transportation.  Travel and hotel arrangements determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion through an agent of Sponsor’s choice. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, may be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and any minor traveling companion must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian.  Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.  If any Grand Prize events are canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) and Sponsor will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of equal or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor.  Exact seat locations at game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes=$8,300. Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.  Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are winners’ sole responsibility, including additional ground transportation, meals and gratuities with respect to the Grand Prize.  If an eligible minor is selected as the winner, prize may, at Sponsor’s discretion, be awarded in the name of said minor’s parent or legal guardian (however, said minor must accompany parent/legal guardian on trip).  Winners of prizes in excess of $600 (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within 3 days of date of issuance of notification.  Grand Prize traveling companion (if minor, his/her respective parent or legal guardian) will also be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. If guest is a minor, he/she must be accompanied to all prize-related activities by his/her parent or legal guardian. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  If any prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable or Sponsor is unable to otherwise contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, winner may be disqualified and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Grand Prize winner and his/her traveling companion and ticket prize winners and their guests agree to comply with all NBA and venue rules and regulations relating to the use of The Finals 2008 tickets and regular season tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game.   Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of tickets. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1.) disqualify any person and void any entries of any person who it believes has tampered with the entry process, the operation of NBA.com, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules and void all associated entries; and 2.) modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war, strikes, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select winner for the Entry Period at issue from among eligible, non-suspect entries received for such Entry Period as of the date of the event requiring such termination or suspension. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns may use (unless prohibited by law) such entrant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for the purpose of posting their name on NBA.com and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without further compensation, permission or notification; 2.) Released Parties shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes.  Winners’ List:  For the winners’ names (available after 6/26/08), send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by 6/5/08 to: Haier NBA Finals 2008 Get-Away Sweepstakes Winners, P.O.
