6-Month Renewal Instructions

2 | Select your renewal gift
Choose a gift card from Southwest, Donovan’s,
Fry’s, Suns or McDonald’s.

3 | Secure Playoff Seats
Return the enclosed invoice or contact your
Experience Specialist to confirm your playoff seats.
