Open to residents of Arizona who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the Phoenix Suns, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and their respective parents, directors, officers, governors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parents, siblings, and/or children) are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.

Winners will be chosen in each of six separate monthly random drawings conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final on all sweepstakes matters. All mail-in or drop-box entries received by the date in column I will be eligible for the drawing indicated in column II. Electronic entries purchased for games occurring on or before the date in column I will be eligible for the drawing indicated in column II.

In each of the regular monthly drawings there will be one grand prize winner and ten first prize winners. The prizes and approximate retail values (ARV) of each are: For the 12/10/2004 drawing, the Grand Prize is a $5,000 holiday shopping spree awarded in the form of a Bank of America VISA Gift Card - ARV of $5,000, and each First Prize is a $100 Westcor Gift Certificate; For the 01/09/2005 drawing, the Grand Prize is a Macintosh iPod personal music device and a Dell Dimension 3000 Personal Computer for each member of the winner’s immediate family of up to five persons - ARV of $4,400, and each First Prize is a $100 Best Buy gift certificate; For the 02/11/2005 drawing, the Grand Prize is a Valentine’s getaway weekend for two, including round-trip coach airfare to San Diego, and 3 days, 2 nights at the Hotel Del Coronado on Coronado Island, and a daily meal allowance - ARV of $3,500, and each First Prize is a $100 gift certificate for Valentine’s Day dinner for two at Fleming’s Steakhouse; For the 03/11/2005 drawing, the Grand Prize is a Suns Legends Party Suite for 20 people, including dinner, appearances by Suns legend players and the Gorilla - ARV of $4,000, and each First Prize is a team-autographed basketball - ARV of $100; For the 04/11/2005 drawing, the Grand Prize is an above-ground Icon spa model 628 from Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies - ARV of $4,000, and each First Prize is a $100 gift certificate to Leslie’s Swimming Pool Supplies; For the 04/18/2005 drawing, the Grand Prize is a Harley-Davidson XL 883 Sportster Motorcycle - ARV of $6,500, and each First Prize is a $100 gift certificate to The Sports Authority.

Entries are only eligible for the regular monthly drawing corresponding to their receipt date and will not be rolled-over or included in any subsequent regular monthly drawing; except that all of the accumulated entries eligible for the first three regular monthly drawings are eligible for an additional Beginning of the Season Giveaway where one grand prize winner will receive an all-expenses paid trip to the 2005 All-Star game in Denver, Colorado, for two. Prize includes round trip coach airfare, airport transfers, meal allowance, and 3 days, 2 nights hotel accommodation - ARV of $2,200. And all of the accumulated entries eligible for the last three regular monthly drawings are eligible for an additional End of the Season Giveaway where one grand prize winner will receive an all-expenses paid vacation in Hawaii for two. Prize includes round trip coach airfare, airport transfers, meal allowance, and 7 days, 6 nights hotel accommodation - ARV of $4,500.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $40,100. Any additional expenses not mentioned above incident to any prize such as meals, registrations, insurance and the like are the responsibility of the respective Winner. Travel restrictions may apply to some trip prizes. Tickets must be purchased between September 30, 2004 and April 9, 2005 for any regular season home game. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or mail. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. Winners may be required to sign affidavits of compliance and eligibility and a liability/publicity release or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Winners are responsible for any local, state, and federal taxes. Winners consent to sponsor's use of their name, likeness or voice for any advertising or promotional purpose without further consent or compensation. Winners agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify sponsor, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, officers, members, partners and agents, from any and all liabilities resulting from entry, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or technical error which may occur in processing, printing, or distribution of the sweepstakes materials.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, incomplete, damaged, late, misdirected, failed, or partially garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to, electronic malfunction or damage to any network, hardware or software. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupts or impacts its administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software, on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this promotion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute over the source of an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be that of the owner of the card account used for purchase.
