The Phoenix Suns will host a “5th Quarter Fan Fest” immediately following the team’s intrasquad scrimmage at Northern Arizona University’s J. Lawrence Walkup Skydome next Saturday, October 5. The scrimmage is set to begin at Noon.

Suns fans are invited to stick around for family-friendly activities that will include a team autograph session, Suns Dancers clinic, arts and crafts, face painting and more. Fans will also have an opportunity to purchase brand new Suns apparel for the 2013-14 season.

The Suns scrimmage is free to the public and will conclude the team’s week-long training camp at NAU, the club’s first trip to Flagstaff since 2004. The Suns first used Flagstaff as a training camp site in 1986, coincidentally the first training camp that new head coach Jeff Hornacek participated in as a Suns player.

Prior to the Suns scrimmage, the NAU men’s and women’s basketball teams will compete in various skills challenges, including a 3-point shootout and dunk contest, beginning at 10 a.m. on the main court. Doors to the Skydome will also open at 10 a.m.

The Phoenix Suns will tip-off the 2013-14 regular season on Wednesday, October 30 when they host the Portland Trail Blazers at US Airways Center. Tickets are available at or by calling 1-800-4NBA-TIX.
