The RoomStore Court Kid Promotion
2012-13 OFFICIAL RULES

Eligibility
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Promotion is open to individuals residing within seventy-five (75) miles of US Airways Center, ages 10 – 16 at the time of entry. Parent or legal guardian must provide permission and consent for child to participate. Employees, owners, officers, directors and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of employees of The RoomStore of Phoenix, L.L.C. (dba “The RoomStore”), Suns Legacy Partners, L.L.C. (dba the “Phoenix Suns”), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., Phoenix Arena Development Limited Partnership, Sports & Entertainment Services, L.L.C., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents are not eligible to participate.

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or to Win
To participate in the promotion, visit any Phoenix area The RoomStore location between October 10, 2012 and April 1, 2013. Enter to win at The RoomStore Court Kid display on an official entry form or on a plain 4” x 6” piece of paper by printing parent’s name, child’s name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, child’s age at time of entry, parent’s email address, and daytime and evening telephone numbers and deposit in the official entry box. Failure to comply with this or any other official rule will result in disqualification. The Phoenix Suns and The RoomStore are not responsible for inaccurate entry information or for lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries, whether caused by participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted and will be deemed void. There is a maximum of one entry per person per day. Illegible/incomplete entries are void. All entries must be received by a participating Phoenix area The RoomStore in their eligible place of business by end of store hours on April 1, 2013. All entries become the property of The RoomStore and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Drawings
Winners will be chosen in random drawings throughout the 2012-13 Phoenix Suns season by representatives of The RoomStore and the Phoenix Suns organizations, whose decisions shall be final on all promotion matters. All entries must be received by end of store hours on April 1, 2013.

Prize
One (1) participant will be chosen per game for a total of forty-one (41) participants chosen during the 2012-13 Phoenix Suns season. Each participant will have the opportunity to sit on or near the Phoenix Suns team bench during pre-game activities and have his/her picture taken at half court prior to the start of the designated Suns game. He/she will then be allowed to sit on the south-end baseline through half time of the designated game. Each participant will also receive two (2) tickets, one (1) to be used for by the participant after halftime of the game and one (1) for the participant’s parent or legal guardian at the game.

Prize Value
Approximate value of the two (2) 2012-13 Phoenix Suns game tickets is $100.00.

Taxes and Expenses
Winners are solely responsible for any local, state and federal taxes. A 1099 tax form may be issued to a winner in connection with the prize. Any additional expenses incidental to any prize are the responsibility of each respective winner.

Additional Terms
The Phoenix Suns reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate, or suspend this promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond the Phoenix Suns' control corrupt or impair the administration, security or fairness of the promotion. The Phoenix Suns and The RoomStore are not responsible for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries, nor is it responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, whether caused by the sender or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion. The Phoenix Suns reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; to have acted in violation of these rules; or to have acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods will void all such entries submitted by such methods. The Phoenix Suns and its agents are not responsible for any printing or technical error which may occur in processing, printing or distribution of promotion materials.

If at any time the behavior of the participant is deemed unacceptable by any member of the Phoenix Suns organization, the participant will be removed from the court and immediately returned to his/her parent/legal guardian.

Miscellaneous
By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes is permitted except by the Phoenix Suns due to prize availability, and then with a prize of equal or greater value. By accepting prizes, winners agree that the Phoenix Suns, The RoomStore, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., Phoenix Arena Development Limited Partnership, Sports & Entertainment Services, L.L.C., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents will have no liability and will be held harmless by winners for any liability, loss, claims, injury or damage to property or to person, including death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in this promotion, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of the Phoenix Suns, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., Phoenix Arena Development Limited Partnership, Sports & Entertainment Services, L.L.C., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents. Participants agree that the decisions of the Phoenix Suns related to this promotion and all drawings are final.

By participating in promotion, winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses and/or voices for any advertising or promotional purposes without further consent or compensation. Winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of winner's name and/or likeness in any and all advertising promotions and other publicity conducted by the Phoenix Suns, The RoomStore, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., Phoenix Arena Development Limited Partnership, Sports & Entertainment Services, L.L.C., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents, except where prohibited by law.

Winners are solely responsible for the actions of any guests who accompany them to the game. If a minor is a guest, winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian or minor must be accompanied by its parent/legal guardian as one of the guests who must sign all required paperwork. Prior to the game, parent/legal Guardian must sign a Release, Waiver and Agreement, which, among other things, releases the Phoenix Suns, The RoomStore, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., Phoenix Arena Development Limited Partnership, Sports & Entertainment Services, L.L.C., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, owners, employees and agents from any and all liability. If participant’s parent/legal guardian fails to sign the Release, Waiver and Agreement, participant will forfeit the prize.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received in the drawing. Limit one prize per household.
