Suns Reveal Fan Elements for Nash Ring of Honor Night

The Phoenix Suns today announced numerous fan-friendly elements surrounding the induction of two-time NBA Most Valuable Player, Steve Nash, into the Suns Ring of Honor on Friday, October 30 at halftime of the Suns-Portland Trail Blazers game at Talking Stick Resort Arena.

All fans at the game will receive a Steve Nash Commemorative Video Card, as well as a “#13” placard to proudly display during the game. The video card will feature an animated simulation of Nash on one side, with his career stats donning the backside of the card. A photo of the commemorative video card is below and attached.

The Suns have also launched a “Suite for 13” sweepstakes, in honor of Nash’s number 13, in which fans can enter to win a luxury suite for 13 guests to attend the induction-night game. Fans can enter at Suns.com.

In addition, fans can share their favorite Nash-related photo at Suns.com, to be integrated into a Steve Nash fan mosaic being created for the two-time MVP. Each individual photo will help build a digital portrait featuring Nash alongside the other nine Suns Ring of Honor members who wore a Suns uniform. The final mosaic will be shown in full on induction night.

Fans interested in witnessing the induction in person can purchase single-game tickets at Suns.com. A special three-game Shazam Pack is also available, featuring the induction-night game on October 30, as well as the Suns Home Opener on October 28. The Shazam Pack starts at just $65.

Nash will become the fourteenth member of the Suns Ring of Honor, joining Alvan Adams, Charles Barkley, Tom Chambers, Jerry Colangelo, Walter Davis, Cotton Fitzsimmons, Connie Hawkins, Kevin Johnson, Dan Majerle, John MacLeod, Joe Proski, Dick Van Arsdale and Paul Westphal, as those who have received the Suns highest honor.
