Steve Nash returned to his home country of Canada for a game against the Toronto Raptors on November 29. Nash played a little soccer in pre-game warmup.
Leandro Barbosa came off the bench to give the Suns a big lift in both the second and third quarters with 17 points in just 15 minutes.
But with 10:13 left in the game, Barbosa injured has ankle returning to the floor after being fouled on this successful field goal attempt. Barbosa made the free throw, then left the game.
Steve Nash made his only regular season trip to Canada a success by scoring 20 points and adding 16 asists in the Suns 113-94 victory.
Amar'e Stoudemire made eight of ten field goal attempts as part of his 18 points and also pulled down seven rebounds.
Jason Richardson made four three-pointers on his way to a team-leading 22 points.
The Suns started a four game road trip in Minnesota on November 27. With a ten point lead midway through the second quarter Jason Richardson started a 15-2 Suns run with two field goals. Richardson finished with 22 points.
Grant Hill added 17 points. The Suns led by 21 at the half and started strong in the second half to lead by a many as 32 points.
Amare Stoudemire scored 12 points in just 18 minutes due to early foul trouble. However, the Suns cruised to a 120-95 victory.

The Phoenix Suns entertained the Memphis Grizzlies on November 25 hoping to duplicate their 26 point win over Detroit on Sunday. Louis Amundson capped an 11-1 run by the Suns to end the first half and took a 60-49 lead at the break.
