Phoenix Suns Release 2013-14 Broadcast Schedule

PHOENIX - The Phoenix Suns announced their 2013-14 television broadcast schedule today, which will allow fans to see all 82 regular season games on the team’s exclusive local television partner, FOX Sports Arizona, or on FOX Sports Arizona Plus. In addition, the Suns will appear on national television five times this season, including four appearances on NBA TV and one on ESPN (February 28 vs. New Orleans).

FOX Sports Arizona and FOX Sports Arizona Plus will combine to televise all 82 Suns games for the first time in team history, beginning with the club’s 2012 home opener on Wednesday, October 30 against the Portland Trail Blazers. FOX Sports Arizona will feature both games against the two-time defending NBA Champion, Miami Heat, as well as each highly anticipated matchup against Western Conference rivals, Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs. Each broadcast features a pregame and halftime show, as well as a “Suns Live, presented by CenturyLink” postgame show immediately following the telecast, featuring game highlights and analysis.

FOX Sports Arizona broadcasts will be called by play-by-play announcer Steve Albert, who will work alongside color analyst Eddie Johnson. Ann Meyers Drysdale will fill in for Johnson to provide analysis for a select number of games. Tom Chambers and Tom Leander will handle pregame, halftime and postgame show duties.

For the 46th-straight season, Suns fans can also tune-in to the team’s flagship radio station, Arizona Sports 620 (KTAR-AM), with the “Voice of the Suns” Al McCoy calling play-by-play action and Tim Kempton providing analysis. Arturo Ochoa and Ivan Valenzuela will broadcast all Suns regular-season games in Spanish on KSUN 1400 AM Spanish Radio.

Note: The Suns four FOX Sports Arizona Plus broadcasts are scheduled for April 4, April 9, April 12 and April 16. Fans can log onto the following link to find the FOX Sports Arizona Plus channel associated with their respective cable or satellite provider:
