Suns Cap Season With Win

The Suns ended their season Wednesday with a 104-99 road win over the Kings. With the win, the Suns won 23 more games than they did in 2012-13 and became just the fifth team in league history to end up with at least 47 wins and not make the playoffs.

Surprise of a Lifetime

During a timeout in Monday's game, young Suns fan Logan thought he being offered a blind-folded chance at free pizza for a year. What happened next was much bigger than that. His father -- Specialist Jamie Bledsoe of the California National Guard -- was waiting to see him for the first time in 10 months.

The 2013-14 Phoenix Suns reminded us this season why we watch sports and why the games are played. The “experts” can do their best Carnac the Magnificent impressions and try to convince us they see the future clearer than the Oracle in The Matrix, but in the end, they’re just guessing.What this team did was unforeseen and unveiled a bright future.

Heart and Hustle

Suns forward P.J. Tucker was presented with the 2013-14 Majerle Hustle Award on April 14 during a pregame presentation prior to the Suns-Grizzlies game at US Airways Center. Tucker becomes the first back-to-back winner of the award.

Green Light

Gerald Green has set new career highs in virtually every statistical category this season while helping the Suns in their chase for a playoff spot. Suns.com's Ben York says that’s exactly why the 6-8 forward should be this year’s Most Improved Player.

Bond of Brothers

Goran Dragic hardly recognized the team he'd left just a few months earlier. Only three of his teammates were the same. He would quickly realize how different each personality was, too.
