As a fan, there is nothing more that I want to see than the franchise I’ve followed since I was in diapers back in a time where the three letters we turned to for on demand entertainment were VHS and not DVR, to bring a championship to US Airways Center. It is a fact that was made even clearer Saturday evening as I watched from the stands as the Rattlers raised their third banner into the rafters. The question is, what is the right course of action to get the team there?

They say behind every good man, there is an even better woman. In basketball there should be a similar turn of phrase: behind every good player, there is an even better coach.

Take Hamed Haddadi for example. Since his arrival in the Valley at the trade deadline, the Iranian born center has begun to gain more playing time and popularity with fans. For the first time in his career he’s averaging consistent minutes and proving that he can be a disruptive force defensively and on the boards.

WHAT: Phoenix Suns fans are invited to Streets of New York, located off Pima and Frank Lloyd Wright, on Wednesday, March 27 from 6 – 8 p.m., for the official Suns Viewing Party as the team faces the Utah Jazz.

Fans in attendance can enter to win autographed jerseys, game tickets, and more. Guests will also enjoy pizza, salad, wings and $2 Coors Light pints while hanging out with members of the Suns Dancers, Solar Squad and The Gorilla.
