The Suns nabbed their third-straight home victory Monday, capturing a 110-100 home victory over the Nuggets. Phoenix rallied from 10 points down to snap a six-game losing streak to Denver. Check out some notable tidbits uncovered in the locker room before and after the game.

Ongoing Block Party
Suns center Marcin Gortat has three games of five or more blocks this season. The last time the Suns had a player with three such games in an entire season was 2007-08.

And Gortat has done this in only seven contests

The Suns center still leads the NBA in blocks, narrowly leading the Thunder's Serge Ibaka. In addition, the "Polish Hammer" holds the NBA high for blocks in a game this season with seven.

Gortat had two more blocks Monday.

Morris Breaks Out
After scoring in only double figures once this season, power forward Markieff Morris totaled a season-high 13 points to go along with his six rebounds, five assists and three steals.

“He came out aggressive and wasn’t really thinking too much out there,” teammate Shannon Brown said. “He was just playing basketball and let the game come to him.”

Quotable
“We don’t want to be a team that has a great reputation for coming back,” Suns head coach Alvin Gentry said before a game in which he found his team down by 10 in the first period. However, the Suns rallied once again, moving to 3-1 when trailing at the end of the first.

Key Stat
Gentry emphasized the importance of ball movement with this team. According to statistics that he provided, if the Suns pass more than three times, they shoot over 55 percent from the floor.

Military Night
In honor of Veterans Day, not only did the Suns step up, but so did their fans. Almost everyone seated in row A donated their seats to active military personnel of Arizona for the Suns-Nuggets contest Monday.
