Suns & FSAZ In Search of Next Suns Legend

The Phoenix Suns and FOX Sports Arizona are teaming up to select the next Suns legend to be honored in the Legends Entertainment District in downtown Phoenix.

Fans are encouraged to log on to Suns.com/legends to vote for who they feel deserves to be the next Suns legend featured in the District. The nominees are: Alvan Adams, Charles Barkley, Tom Chambers and Connie Hawkins. Fan voting runs through Thursday, March 1.

Suns Ring of Honor member and current assistant coach, Dan Majerle, was featured as the first Suns legend in January.

FOX Sports Arizona will unveil the newest Suns legend during the Suns-Memphis Grizzlies broadcast on Saturday, March 10. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. The player who receives the most votes will be featured on a 42-foot tall super graphic within the Legends Entertainment District in downtown Phoenix.

Legends Entertainment District offers customized, larger than life out-of-home signage opportunities that run 18 hours a day, 365 days a year. The project is designed to encompass landmark downtown facilities, extending from 1st Avenue to 7th Street and Washington to Jackson Street.
