(On the Thunder)

"They are a great team. There is a reason that they were in the NBA Finals last year. I thought that they played great and that was without Ibaka. They got two great players in Westbrook and Durant and you can see why. They always put you in a position where you can’t double team and get the ball out of their hands the way that they space the floor. They keep Durant up top they put Westbrook on the side and they got Kevin Martin on the side, so if you go double team you are going to leave a wide open three-point shooter especially Kevin Martin who is one of the top three-point shooters in the league."

(On the Suns' Effort)

"On the flip side I thought that we competed like crazy. I think we had our opportunities. We had a four point game and we had a good defensive possession and then we don’t secure the rebound and they throw it back out and make a three-pointer. That happened four times in the game. If you are going to play a team of this quality you have to seize opportunity."

(On Facing the Thunder's Firepower)

"They executed to perfection down the stretch. They got stops and come over loose balls. We got to kind of learn from that when it comes down to the stretch we got to learn how to run our stuff and good shots and good looks. Then we need to stay solid on the other side."

(On Facing Durant)

"What can we do? Um, I don’t know. I am going to be silly right now, but maybe break his arm, break his leg? You can’t do anything. You can double him, triple him and he is still going to score. He is just amazing. We basically lost to Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant. These two guys were just outstanding and they played great. Just pick and roll between these two guys is ridiculous. We were not able to stop these guys."

(On Keeping the Intensity Up)

"That was a little bit of a concern going into the game, but I just told the guys we have to find energy. We have enough guys in the locker room that we have to somehow find it – and they did. The defense really gave us a chance to score in that second half. Kevin and Russell were obviously very good offensively but a lot of guys helped them score those points – with the great screens that were set."

"It was just the natural flow of the game – how they were playing us. We set nice screen and rolls and we thought we could find some good stuff in the pick and rolls. Russ got it going early and I just tried to play off of everybody, and my teammates just told me to go be aggressive and luckily my shots were falling."

"It feels great man – we just take it one day at a time. Same thing I’ve been preaching since day one and I think we’ve done a good job at doing that."
