Video: Nash accepts second Most Valuable Player Award
The news leaked out more than a week early, but Steve Nash was officially named the NBA's Most Valuable Player for the 2005-06 season during a press conference at US Airways Center on May 7. The Suns' playmaker joins Hall of Famer Magic Johnson as the only point guards in league history to capture multiple MVP trophies and becomes one of only nine players to win the award in consecutive seasons.
