Job Purpose
This position is responsible for running day to day non-sales activities for the Legends Entertainment District General Manager. Demonstrates tact and discretion while interfacing with all levels of staff, the public, Government Officials, media and various entities and executives. Schedule flexibility is critical.
This position is responsible for the management and fulfillment of corporate partner account activation, including oversight of the signage production and operation. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with corporate partner accounts and delivering value to them in an effort to renew and grow each account.
The position is responsible for assisting with the maintenance of the company’s fiscal year budget planning process and budget tracking. In addition, this position is responsible for managing, reviewing and finalizing the year-end operating expense projections.
Primary Duties:
Activate all partnership elements such as promotions, signage production, VIP experiences, hospitality, and partner events
Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key contacts of assigned partner accounts through daily communication
Identify additional partner opportunities to generate incremental revenue and/or increase value of partnerships
Develop sales proposals utilizing research techniques (i.e. Scarborough), activation strategies, and available inventory
Measure and communicate value of partnerships through the creation of an end of season review for assigned partners
Initiate development of contracts and measurement tools for partner accounts
Assist in the management of the yearly planning process within company including review, analysis and compilation of both operating and capital budgets
Oversee operating expenses and year-end projections
Provide insight and support to department head on management of respective plans and the financial impact
Act as a consultant to department head on cost saving measures within the operation
Answer telephones, screen calls, relay messages and greet visitors
Calendaring management schedule and meeting coordination
Identify problems, obstacles or opportunities and proactively take action to correct them or benefit from them
Process incoming requests from internal and external sources for general information
Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external guests
Management of correspondence and email communication
Conduct special projects and events
Prepare expense and billing reports, reconcile credit card invoices, coordinate payment approval of miscellaneous invoices
Oversee general office operations

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
General office management
Working knowledge of organization activities and interactions
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet and phone systems
Exceptional communicator, well-organized, independent and team-player
Ability to multi-task, strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles with an emphasis on financial analysis
Knowledge of industry standards, trends, and current events
Knowledge of marketing and sponsorship activation principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
Ability to manage time efficiently
Experience/Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 7 years of related experience
Minimum of 5 years of management experience
Preferred 3-5 years of project management, preferred
2-4 years of major account services background
Basic accounting and budgetary skills, a plus
