Now Hiring: Digital Creative Manager

The Digital Creative Manager will assist in the presentation and maintenance of the official websites of the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury and US Airways Center. Reporting to the Vice President, Digital, this person will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with VP, Digital to determine the creative direction, layout and functionality of the organization’s digital initiatives.
  • Designing and building microsites, interactive features, and sponsored content utilizing HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Flash.
  • Creating and editing graphics and e-mail newsletters, including sponsor advertisements and photos.
  • Assisting in the implementation and rollout of new technologies, Facebook applications, social media integration and mobile apps.
  • Operating various content management systems to update and maintain websites and social media channels on a daily basis, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Assisting in the production, presentation and delivering of online programming, including live streamed press conferences and occasional video projects.
  • Additional duties as assigned by VP, Digital, or requested by marketing, ticket sales and sponsorship departments.

    The Digital Creative Manager will have earned a minimum of an undergraduate college degree, and possess three to five years of related online experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Flash. Experience with Javascript and Drupal is preferred.
