Now Hiring: CRM Database Administrator

The CRM Database Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of database administration as it relates to the Business Development team. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Microsoft CRM system administration, database maintenance, security, performance and integrity. This job will also include monitoring and maintaining SQL reports as well as multiple data integrations related to the organization’s CRM, email marketing and ticketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of education, knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Microsoft CRM

  • All aspects of system administration and maintenance

    Microsoft SQL Server:

  • Query/Stored Procedure design/modification/maintenance
  • Table/Index maintenance
  • Performance Tuning

    Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services:

  • Report creation, maintenance, modification
  • Report subscriptions and automation

    Web technologies & languages:

  • C#, ASP .Net, HTML, CSS, XML, VBScript, JavaScript
  • Visual Studio .Net

    Additionally the ideal candidate will be able to work with users, vendors and contractors to resolve issues, implement new technologies and provide training on procedures and protocols.

    Compensation for this position will consist of a salary that is commensurate with experience, including the opportunity to earn an annual bonus.
