Suns, DJ Chris Villa Named AZCentral.com's Best

The Phoenix Suns, along with Suns’ DJ Chris Villa, have both been recognized as winners of the 2011 “azcentral.com Best” awards.

Azcentral.com readers voted the Suns “Best Sports Team” based on overall fan experience at US Airways Center.

This marks the second consecutive year that the Suns have been crowned the Valley’s “Best Sports Team.”

In addition, readers selected Suns DJ Chris Villa “Best Local DJ,” after joining the team in January as the newest member of the game entertainment staff.

Responsible for creating an exciting atmosphere during each Suns game, Villa uses his upbeat dance mixes, Top 40 and hip-hop music to electrify the crowds at US Airways Center. Villa also DJ’s regularly for KZON-FM (101.5).
