Now Hiring: Partnership Activation Specialist

The Phoenix Suns Marketing Partnerships department is currently recruiting for one full-time Partnership Activation Specialist to report to the Vice President of Marketing Partnerships Activation.

General Statement of Duties: Supervising all aspects associated with the implementation of assigned marketing partnership agreements. Responsibilities to include, but not be limited to: assisting with the renewal process of all assigned accounts, continual improvement of assigned marketing partnerships, increasing the return on investment for assigned corporate partners and developing increased revenue streams by implementing new and exciting promotional concepts exceeding those outlined in existing agreements. Facilitating the sale of new marketing partnerships by providing research on potential new partners and assisting the Marketing Partnership department in all facets of new client generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Completely activate all elements included within assigned marketing partnership agreements
  • Develop new and effective promotional concepts in conjunction with assigned corporate partners, providing maximum return on investment
  • Assist with the renewal of assigned corporate partner agreements as they expire including assessing the level at which renewal should be achieved, and incorporating any other organizations from the assigned product classification group into the process
  • Assist in Game Operations and Special Events for all events that feature assigned marketing partnership elements and maximize the impact and the overall success of these events for assigned partners
  • Assist Marketing Partnership sales team in all facets of new corporate partner generation including research and development of proposals and presentations

    Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (highly preferred)
  • Minimum two years professional experience interfacing with corporate clients
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general promotional concepts and marketing principles
  • Strong customer service and client management background
  • The ability to work evening and weekend hours
