Spotlights Grant Hill's New Career

Grant Hill may be done playing, but he's far from finished being involved in the NBA. The former Suns standout has taken his basketball acumen to the broadcasting booth.

"Booths" might be more accurate. The seven-time All-Star will be appearing weekly on NBA TV's relaunch of NBA Inside Stuff, as well as analyst appearances on NBA TV and TNT. recently caught up with the recently retired Hill, who expounded on his post-playing career path.

"I do have a lot of interests and things in the future I want to do outside of basketball. But I love the game, and the league is tremendous in that it provides opportunities for players, whether that is the front office, coaching, positions at the league or broadcasting."

The piece also teased the nature of Inside Stuff, which should provide a less formal glimpse into the lives of NBA teams and players. The article said one of the first airings will showcase Hill and current NBA forward Kevin Garnett.

"There are very few shows that players trust to bring in cameras and open up and reveal something," said Hill. "We want to have fun and give people access."
