Don Buse

Buse The Suns acquired Don Buse from Indiana in a deal for Ricky Sobers on Sept. 6, 1977. He averaged a respectable 8.0 points and 4.4 assists a game during his three years in Phoenix, but made his mark on the other end of the floor, where he recorded 1.9 steals a night and was named to the NBA's All-Defensive Team in each of his seasons as a Sun. He returned to Indiana on Nov. 25, 1980, when the Suns traded him for a pair of second-round draft picks and cash.
