This week, The Suns improved to 3-0 against the Nuggets on the season, as they led wire-to-wire in a 117-103 victory at US Airways Center followed by putting together possibly their finest performance of the season as they hosted the team with the NBA’s best record and dominated in a 124-100 win over the Pacers.

No. 3, Paul George
On the 124-100 loss to the Suns on Wednesday:
“We just ran into a hot Suns team, simple as that. They just caught fire and they shot the ball well tonight. We knew the game was going to be the way it was going to be and we knew they were going to come out with a lot of energy and play with a lot of energy, we just did a terrible job of responding to it.
They just caught fire and once one of them fell, they all had that confidence to keep shooting”.
No. 2, Jeff Hornacek
When asked if he was impressed with his team’s performance against the Pacers:
“Well yeah, I would like it if they’d play like that all the time. Except for that one stretch where we were making silly fouls and putting them to the free throw line, our guys played a great game. I thought they played hard, we made eleven threes – which we needed to make shots against this team, but we only took 16.
It wasn’t like we were just jacking them up, we took good shots. Against a good team you have to take the good shots, you can’t take any crazy ones. They played for all 48 minutes.”
No. 1, Goran Dragic
On the Suns’ effort against Indiana:
“We should play like that every game. Not like coach said – because the game is on TNT [ESPN] or because we are playing against the best team in the league. We should play against everybody, even if they are last in the standings. We did a great job tonight.
Everybody who came on the court defended and played team basketball. We were hitting shots, three pointers. I think we shot 69 percent from the three. It was just one of those nights we were making shots.”
