The reception moved to US Airways Center where everyone had the opportunity to sign a "Congratulations" banner in the Pavilion.

The "Voice of the Suns" Al McCoy hosted the induction ceremony for MacLeod at halftime of the Suns-Thunder game on April 18, 2012.
A special presentaion was made to MacLeod by Dick Van Arsdale.
Van Arsdale presented MacLeod with a framed piece of artwork he painted in tribute to the Ring of Honor.
Al McCoy turns the microphone over to Paul Westphal.
Westphal, who received a warm reaction from the crowd, talked about playing for Coach MacLeod.
Alvan Adams spoke of first meeting John MacLeod when Alvan was 15 years old at a basketball camp.
Adams recalled being successfully recruited by MacLeod to play at the University of Oklahoma.

The ceremony was attended by family, friends, former players and assistant coaches including (from left) Al Bianchi, Mike Bratz, Jeff Cook, Keith Erickson and Garfield Heard.
Al also welcomed (starting at Al's right elbow) Joel Kramer, Kyle Macy, Charles Pittman, Alvin Scott, Bernard Thompson, and John Wetzel.
MacLeod thanked the Suns and the crowd for the honor.
