Small Forward | 6’-10” | 223 lbs. | Croatia

What he lacks for in athleticism and strength, Dario Saric makes up for in intelligence and fundamentals. He’s only 19, so a few more years overseas may be necessary, but the traits are there for him to develop into something special. His stats didn’t blow people away – in February he was averaging 7.7 points per game and 5.4 rebounds – but he had already built up a reputation starting as a 17-year old. His role in the game still needs to be solidified, as team’s have used his size at the power forward position, even though he may have more of a future on the wing creating for others.

“At 6-foot-10, Saric is considered one of the top small forwards in the draft class, and league executives believe he's likely be selected in the 20's range. The relative weakness of the 2013 draft has driven some prospects – both internationally and in the United States – to declare a year sooner than they would've originally preferred. Saric has gifted passing skills and an emerging perimeter shooting game.”
