Thank you for your interest in the Phoenix Suns. Our goal is to fulfill as many requests as possible, but due to the overwhelming number of requests received, we are unable to fulfill every one. Please be aware that in order to fulfill as many requests as possible, we can only consider requests to be used in support of fundraising initiates (raffles or auctions) that benefit organizations with initiatives in children’s literacy and education, youth and family development, and health and fitness.
To be considered for a donation request, please adhere to the following criteria:
- Requesting organizations must be a valid 501 ©(3) non-profit organization located in Arizona.
- Requests MUST be received four to six (4-6) weeks prior to the date of your event.
- Organizations may only receive one donation per calendar year.
- Unfortunately we are not able to donate to third parties fundraising on behalf of another organization.
- The Phoenix Suns Community Relations department will make every effort to be in contact with you and process your request within two to three (2-3) weeks prior to your event.
- All specific item requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and every request will be responded to, whether it is approved or declined.
- Please note that donation items are subject to availability.
