Commitment to Community Membership to Honor Those That Serve

The Phoenix Suns are launching a Commitment to Community ticket program aimed at recognizing individuals who serve in Arizona. As part of the initiative, the team is offering a 2013-14 Suns Community Membership (season ticket) to military servicemen and women, police and fire, nurses, and teachers, for just $149. Limited memberships are available.

The Suns will feature individual Commitment to Community members during home games at US Airways Center throughout the 2013-14 season. In addition to the in-game recognition, members who are highlighted will receive a Suns prize pack and an autographed player photo.

“We appreciate the diligent effort these individuals put forth every day to make our community a better place to live,” said Suns President, Jason Rowley. “This new program allows our organization to thank them for their service to our community, while also providing a season’s worth of exciting Suns basketball at a price that is unmatched in professional sports.”

Commitment to Community tickets can be purchased at Suns.com/C2C. Buyers will enter the promo code “community” on the left side of the webpage prior to selecting their seat location. The Suns will verify that all Commitment to Community memberships are purchased by the appropriate individuals.

In addition to the tickets for every Suns home game, buyers will receive a community membership card that provides them preferential access while attending Suns games at US Airways Center, including dedicated entrances and concession lines, as well a 20 percent discount at participating Valley restaurants.

The Suns will tip off the 2013-14 regular season on Wednesday, October 30 when they host the Portland Trail Blazers at US Airways Center. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
