In 2005 Phoenix Suns Charities welcomed a new class of donors…The Playmakers. Each Playmaker pledges $100,000 over a maximum of four years to Phoenix Suns Charities. For their generous support they will receive a table and recognition at each Suns & Stars event during their pledge period and an option on many other VIP amenities. A custom Suns jersey, tickets to special Suns events and receptions, a chance to watch a Suns practice, valet parking and special Playmakers’ club access at Suns games are just a few of the items in the Playmaker package. In addition, Playmakers will be offered the opportunity to participate in the grant process that selects the Phoenix Suns Charities annual $100,000 Playmaker Grant. The 37 Playmakers who have already committed are helping to guarantee the long-term future of Phoenix Suns Charities and the continuance of the good work done throughout Arizona. The Playmakers’ display at the U.S. Airways Center, recognizes the generous contributions of these benefactors. The plan is to add new Playmakers to the list each year and help Phoenix Suns Charities continue to grow.
