Bledsoe Takes Kevin Johnson Selfie

What’s in a selfie?

It’s a philosophical question that has plagued mankind for the better part of three years. If you ask Kim Kardashian, it’s millions of dollars and a book deal. If you ask others, it’s a fun way to share how you look on a given day.

For Suns star Eric Bledsoe? It was a chance to show off some retro Phoenix pride.

Last week Bledsoe took to Instagram and Twitter to show himself in the Suns ‘90s black sunburst jersey -- in my biased opinion one of the best jerseys ever -- with the No. 7 on it. That’s right, talent recognizes talent as the current Suns guard rocked the jersey of legendary guard, and current Sacramento mayor, Kevin Johnson.

It’s not the first time Bledsoe tried to emulate great Suns guards this year. In 2014-15 he became only the 5th player in Suns history to have at least 1,200 points, 400 assists and 400 rebounds in a season joining Jeff Hornacek, Jason Kidd and Gail Goodrich as the only guards to do it.

How much do you like seeing Bledsoe throwing on the old school Suns gear?
