Milwaukee 92, Seattle 85

Las Vegas, July 11 -- Noel Felix led the Milwaukee Bucks over the Seattle Sonics, 92-85, Wednesday evening at the Thomas and Mack Center. Felix led all scores with 27 points (9-12 FG, 8-10 FT).

Seattle’s Olu Famutimi had a chance to tie the game at 85 with 42 seconds left, but his 3-pointer was off the mark and the Bucks hit their free throws down the stretch to hold on for the win.

Point guard Lynn Greer had 19 points (7-13 FG) while dishing out a game-high eight assists in the Milwaukee win. Damir Markota chipped in 14 points (5-6 FG) in 21 minutes of play.

Julius Hodge had a nice game for the Sonics, collecting a team-high 15 points. Hodge was able to get to the basket and draw contact, he went to the free throw line 15 times, converting 11.

The Sonics had their biggest lead of the game at 36-24 with 6:14 left in the second quarter after a 19-6 run, but Milwaukee climbed back. There were nine lead changes and seven ties throughout the game.

NOTES: Fifth overall pick of the Sonics, Jeff Green sprained his ankle in the first quarter and did not return.
