He and his wife, Nadia, were married in the summer of 2008 … the couple has one daughter, Evangeline-Vesper … was his high school valedictorian … majored in business administration … earned the nickname “The Red Rocket” while with the Raptors (after Toronto’s transit system as he did not have a car and instead relied on public transit)… now drives a white Pontiac Grand Prix … only the second player from New Hampshire to appear in an NBA game (Jeff Cross, who appeared in 21 games with the L.A. Clippers in 1985–86, was the first from the Granite State to play in the NBA) … is an X-Files enthusiast … an avid cribbage player … loves sandwiches … during the 2009-10 season had a blog on entitled “The Search for the Hoagie Grail,” chronicling his travels to sandwich shops in each NBA city in search for the best sandwich.
