SACU Race to Riches Official Rules

2. Register at any of the participating San Antonio Federal Credit Union locations by filling out and mailing in an entry form between 10/20/08-4/15/09.

3. Contestants will be selected by random drawing. Two contestants will be selected for each contest with a total of twenty four (24) selected for the entire length of the promotion between 10/20/08 – 4/15/09. Each contestant will receive two (2) tickets each to a selected Spurs game and an opportunity to participate on court for a chance to win a total of $200 dollars per contest or $100 per contestant courtesy of San Antonio Federal Credit Union. No substitutions can be made except at team’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value. A contestant is not eligible to participate unless verbal contact is made between contestant(s) and the San Antonio Spurs. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of official entries received. No limit to the number of entries. Only one winner per household per season. Drawings will take place three (3) days prior to contest.

4. Contestants will be contacted by a Spurs representative by phone or mail. In the event the contestant cannot be contacted or claim the prize, an alternate contestant will be selected through a random drawing.

5. The selected contestants will be provided the promotional rules the day they compete on court.

6. The contest period begins on 10/20/08 and ends 4/15/09. Any prizes not claimed during this time frame will be forfeited. All prizes will be awarded. If contestants are unable to use their prize or any part of the prize within the time frame noted herein, such prize will be forfeited entirely any and all rights to the prize. The San Antonio Spurs reserves the right to select another contestant, by random drawing in such instance.

7. By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify San Antonio Federal Credit Union (and any and all of its affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents), the San Antonio Spurs (and any and all of its affiliates) and the National Basketball Association, its Member Teams, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named and described), with respect to or arising out of (i) entrants participation; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

8. This promotion is only open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older, living within 75 miles of the San Antonio city limits, except employees and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of San Antonio Federal Credit Union (and any and all of its affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents), the San Antonio Spurs (and any and all of its affiliates), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees, agents and owners.

9. Contest void where prohibited. Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

10. Prizes are non-refundable and are not subject to exchange. No substitute prizes will be awarded and prizes may not be exchanged for cash. Contestants are responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes on the prizes. Approximate value of the prizes is as follows: tickets, (ARV up to $22 for each ticket) and cash prize ($200). Prizes do not include airfare, lodging or any other costs associated with claiming or utilizing the prizes awarded. Prizes are non-transferable to any other person including relatives or friends.

11. San Antonio Federal Credit Union (and any and all of its affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents), the San Antonio Spurs (and any and all of its affiliates) and the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents accept no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, stolen, misdirected, postage due or mutilated entries.

12. By entering entrant(s) understand that San Antonio Federal Credit Union, the San Antonio Spurs (and any and all of its affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents) and/or the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents shall have the right to use the winner’s voice, name likeness and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation, remuneration or notification.

13. If you wish to receive a list of contestant(s) names, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: SACU “Race to Riche$” Contestants, One AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX 78219.

14. All decisions as to the contest rules and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of the San Antonio Spurs, the NBA Properties, Inc. and may be changed from time to time without notice or recourse.

15. The San Antonio Spurs and the NBA Properties reserve the right to cancel or modify contest at any time without notice or recourse.
