2. Register at the Academy Sports + Outdoors store located at 4071 North Loop 1604 West San Antonio, Texas 78257 by filling out an entry form or mail a postcard to: Academy Sports + Outdoors Grand Opening Sweepstakes, c/o Spurs Sports and Entertainment, One AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX 78219.

3. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. Each Winner will be selected approximately five (5) days prior to the Philadelphia vs. Spurs game on January 14, 2008 home game and notified by telephone. No substitutions can be made except at Sponsor's option for a prize of comparable or greater value. A Winner is not constituted until verbal contact is made between Winner and Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Only one Winner per household per season. There is no limitation on the number of entries.

4. One Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Spurs autographed ball and two (2) tickets to the Philadelphia vs. Spurs game on January 14, 2008. Five (5) second place winners will receive two (2) tickets to the Philadelphia vs. Spurs game on January 14, 2008. Transportation to and from the game will be the responsibility of parent or legal guardian of the Winner. Winner and, if applicable, any guests of Winner, may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Release of Liability.

5. The Sweepstakes time frame is 12/14/07 - 12/31/07. All entries must be received by 12/31/07.

6. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant or parent(s) or legal guardian(s) agrees to hold harmless Academy Sports + Outdoors, its franchisees, the San Antonio Spurs (and any and all of its affiliates), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of either (i.) entrant's participation; or (ii.) the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age and older, living within 75 miles of the San Antonio city limits, except employees and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) of Academy Sports + Outdoors, its franchisees, the San Antonio Spurs (and any and all of its affiliates), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents. v8. Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received prior to the date of the drawing. Only one Winner will be selected per home game out of all eligible entries received. International, Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

9. Prizes are non-refundable and are not subject to exchange. No substitute prizes will be awarded and prizes may not be exchanged for cash. Winners or parent(s) or legal guardian(s) are responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if applicable) on the prizes. Approximate value of the prize is $250. Prizes are nontransferable to any other person including relatives or friends. Decisions of Sponsor is final. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be refunded.

10. Academy Sports + Outdoors, its franchisees, the San Antonio Spurs (and any and all of its affiliates), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents accept no responsibility for lost, late, illegible, stolen, misdirected, postage due or mutilated entries.

11. Entrants or parent(s) or legal guardian(s) understand that Academy Sports + Outdoors, the San Antonio Spurs (and any and all of its affiliates), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents shall have the right to use the Winner’s voice, name, likeness and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization, compensation, remuneration or notification.

12. In the event the Winner cannot be contacted or claim the prize, an alternate winner will be selected through a random drawing. All prizes will be awarded to the parents of legal guardians of the Winners and if the Winners are unable to use the prize within the time frame offered, they forfeit any and all rights to the prize.

14. All decisions as to the Sweepstakes and interpretations are exclusively within the sole discretion of the Sponsor and may be changed from time to time without notice.

15. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes at any time without notice.
