The Spurs, behind Tony Parker's 26 points fought past the Grizzlies, winning 104-93 in overtime on Saturday to take a 3-0 lead in the Western Conference Finals. Tim Duncan scored 24 points, including seven in the extra period, for the Spurs, who trailed by 18 in the first quarter.
