Spurs vs Suns: The Regular Season

The Spurs took the 2006-07 season series with the Suns 2-1 by winning both games at home. The two teams were not short on offense during those meetings as they averaged 195 points combined and shot 43 percent for the series.

Game one of the series took place back on Nov. 8 in the AT&T Center and was a double overtime thriller. The Spurs were able to pull out the win with a pair of double-doubles from Tim Duncan and Fabricio Oberto.

The series moved to Phoenix for game two on Feb. 1. Lifted by the play of Leandro Barbosa and his 26 points, the Suns downed the Spurs 103-87.

In the third game the series shifted back to the friendly confines of the AT&T Center. The threesome of Duncan, Tony Parker and Michael Finley proved to be too much for the Pacific Divison champ, scoring a combinded 76 points in the victory.
